Your problem
My problem is: I have many contacts which belog to multiple industries. I wanted to apply tags industry tag on each contact via automation.
Custom Field type: Multiple select
Sample data in that fields:
- Finance
- Manfacturer
- Textile
- Cement
To achieve this, i have created one custom fields as multiple data entry in one field and then i have update the industries in that multiple fields via csv file.
As i wanted to apply certain tags based on data in that fields. I have created one campaign and provide tag against each industry in that fields.
These errors are showing in the log:
My problem is that campaign is not applying tags based on data in that fields.
For example
Contact A belong to “finance, cement” so apply two tags: finance, cement
Contact B belong to " Manfacture, finance, textile" so apply three tags.
