Problem of manual update of a contact the save and close button does not work

Hello I have a problem when I want to update a contact manually by filling in the fields. When I want to save and close the file, Mautic does not validate my changes and does not close the file. Same thing when I click on the button to validate, I do not have either a validation message of the recording.

I looked in the logs, I do not have any error messages.

@DigiShop92 what mautic version you are talking about ? Did you clear the cache and update schema and tried ?

Hello my version of Mautic is 2.12.2 and the PHP version is 7.0.28, I made a recent update of Mautic and an update of the schema of the database, but I still have the same problem.
