Problem with alignment in Sparse email template when sending

@dunric: hello everyone
i’m using Sparse template and it’s aligned left. it’s aligned left in previews but when i send an email, it’s centered, any idea?
i’m using sendgrid api for sending

CSS issue / Mail compatibillity?

Mail templates can be a bit Fickle like that in some times in some email clients.
