Problem with leads and tracking

Hi,

I set up a Mautic Cloud Free account.

I configured “valid domais” in “CORS settings”.

I created a form with three fields: First name, email and telephone.

I then created a custom landing page in which I put the form and the “3rd party website tracking code” to track pageviews.



When I view the landing page, Mautic track me as anonymous:

When, soon after, with the same browser I compile and send the form on the same page, Mautic track me as another lead:

If I reload the page, Mautic not recognize me as the person who filled out the form but still as the first user:

All contacts are saved as anonymous:

Why the two contacts are not merged?

What am I doing wrong? I’m new in Mautic.

Got the same issue on a self hosted version. Any idea how to solve it?
