Question about scheduling campaigns

Hey there. I have a pretty simple question, which is: how are the campaign publishing scheduled exactly? Yesterday the timezone was UTC in our Mautic, today it is BST. And although the time I set has passed in both cases when I was testing, the campaign didn’t publish itself, so I was wondering what timezone it is actually based on? Or am I missing something?

I think you need to toggle the switch “publish” to on, for the scheduled publish feature to work, although I may be wrong.
