Quotes being added around the From Name with commas

My Mautic version is: 3.2.4
My PHP version is: 7.3
My Database type and version is: MySQL

I have recently upgraded from Mautic 2.16.3 to 3.2.4 and noticed that if the from name of an email includes a comma (e.g. Blessed, Brian), the from name gets wrapped in quotes once we send the email and it arrives at the inbox (e.g. “Blessed, Brian”).

This didn’t happen prior to the upgrade. Does anybody know if there is a way to get around this?

Our internal emails are sent with the from name in the following format. [first], [last] [middle initial].
