Custom From Name in email (Channel > Email)

My Mautic version is: v3.3.3
My PHP version is: 7.3.28
My Database type and version is: MariaDB 5.5.68

Your problem
My problem is: I am trying to set up custom “From Name” in each email but it’s not working. I also disabled “Mailer is Owner” in settings > configuration > email settings
Also in Channel > email > advance.

I also I try different variations of these settings but still I am seeing my username in email

Please suggest a solution and help me with this issue

Hi, there is a bug in 3.3.3 if you use SES API, it won’t work. It does work with SES SMTP

Well I found the solution its not related to that
I was choosing marketing emails while scheduling campaign and I need to use transection and it got fixed automatically
