Hi,
We’re considering switching from our custom marketing automation / CMS platform to Mautic.
Wondering on the recommended maximum number of lead fields.
In our lead table we have approx 500 columns and ~250k records running on Mysql 5.5. To what extend is Mautic performance tested for these kind of numbers?
Kind regards

Hi Sanderpost
I personally have tested Mautic with up to 750,000 leads, in doing that we did resolve a lot of bugs and issues so its been tested for large datasets of leads quite well.
I don’t think we have tried to test it with 500 lead field columns. That’s definitely a lot! Its a new angle that we hadn’t thought of testing so far. I’ll try to get some time to test creating that many myself, but if you want to go forward with testing Mautic, please test your results as we’d love to hear how it does!
Hi Chad,
Thanks for the reply. We’re most likely going to use Mautic. It has great features and we’d like to extend it with some new ones we really need for our businesscase (scheduled mailings, template based newletter generation with article content from a JCR) etc.
I’ll be building a POC within a few weeks to see how Mautic runs. I’ll let you know how it fares. For starters I imagine certain pulldowns will be a bit overpopulated
