Is it possible to send a reminder email when your first email was never opened?
On campaign builder the only 2 options that are available after sending an email are:
Decision
Condition
On decision menu there is option like “If your email was not opened”

I don’t think it’s possible but you can make a feature request for it here: https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues
Yes you can do that.
After creating the email to the campaign add a decision to it, then choose opens email. Name it and press save…
Then press on the red plus sign of the decision node you just created (red plus means they didn’t open) and add an email action with your reminder to it
Yes Of course you can … that is why we are using automation software like Mautic is perfect for that
