Your problem
My problem is: I have a campaign that sends a dozen emails to 3 different segments.
I can’t get a report by segment on open rates, bounce rates, unsubscribe rates for each email. This is pretty basic stuff.
How would you solve this? What are others doing to get decent reporting out of the system?
