My problem is: The Segments that i’ve created are all stucked at “building” status. Why is that? Can i check somehow? The cron service has not logged anything.

My problem is: I’m having the same issue. The Segments that i’ve created are all stucked at “building” status. Why is that? I’m not sure how to fix this. Can someone please help explain it in a step-by-step? I’m really new to all this coding stuff, and I can’t really do any more emailing if I can’t get my segments to work. I also noticed that I have trouble with the value fields of the segments working. Sometimes I can’t get any more than one item on a drop down (like Country), or it won’t even allow me to click in the vale field at all.
I think is better if you send a print of cron configuration, in my case when i try to work with this segment build, always was cron config.
I figured it out. I just had my php path incorrect.
