Is there a way to send a follow up email to anyone who opened the first email, but did not reply to it?
I worked out how to make a decision of replies or opens, but not the two together.
I basically want to send a follow up 5 days later after the open, but if someone replies to it the first email there is no reason for the automatic follow up to go out. I can’t seem to connect the reply in between the open and send.
