The email in the error is not the one i’m writing, i wrote that email before and it doesn´t change now, I know that error is for not having the email verified on Amazon SES, i have the email verified, it’s that the email doesn´t change.

Your region is wrong. eu-west-3 is not a valid endpoint in my opinion.

Try this maybe:
email.eu-west-3.amazonaws.com

No, the region is right, when i test the connection it works, if i try email.eu-west-3.amazonaws.com it doesn’t work
