I am trying to send an e-mail to my new subscribers via simple form with e-mail input. The problem is my e-mails are not sent to the users. I can send e-mail from the system though.
my campaign looks like this, I intentionally created two branches to check if one of them sends an e-mail for the new subscribers. My new contact segment is filling up with the users but i cannot send messages to them.
If your campaign emails aren’t being sent, the issue is likely related to your cron jobs.
In simple terms, cron jobs are automated tasks that tell Mautic when to send emails, update campaign statuses, and manage contacts. Without them, Mautic doesn’t know when to perform these actions, which is why your emails might not be going out.
You’ll need to set up these cron jobs on your server to ensure that Mautic can function properly and send emails on schedule. Learn more here.
I can actually understand what you are referring to. But the problem is I am using Mautic through Softaculous. I can select an e-mail and send them a message but when they submit a form, i cannot send them automatic message. My campaign builder schematic looks like this now.
Has anyone experienced the same issue. Maybe the problem is due to the fact that my form doesn’t create an action. But without an action like recording emails inside the segment, my contact list is actually being filled with e-mails. I am confused.
@tobsowo , yeah the Monitored inbox settings are empty as you have shared. When i receive an e-mail info from a form, it’s adding to my contacts. But it’s not added to the segments.
