Submit Button issue with online Mautic

I am using the online version of Mautic. I have done the following:


  1. Set website up with the tracking image
  2. Set up a segment
  3. Designed a basic form
  4. Established actions (Send contact and email and Send Results email)
  5. Added the form to a webpage.



    When I complete a form and him submit, the submit button has a constant state of “Please wait”. The data in the form does not refresh.

    (When I performed this initially (first time), it worked perfectly. Since then, it has not.




  6. The form information added into the Mautic software is present in the software spreadsheet.
  7. The client receives the thank you email.
  8. The user does not receive an email with the form results.
