I’ve loaded Vtiger on my server(haven’t really used it yet) at the moment but just recently found SugarCRM.
Read some reviews, but thought it would be a better idea to ask the people out there that’s actually using the software and what there experiences are with it, the pro’s the con’s, etc…

In the past, I’ve found that SugarCRM had limitations in the community version.
vTiger has a different revenue model, with good documentation and a lot of plugins. It was a SugarCRM fork that had a significant code rewrite from SugarCRM.
Some have gotten disappointed recently with vTiger (I don’t remember the specific kerfuffle)

@Armant SugarCRM Comunity (the free one) is NOT longer supported by SugarCRM.
I use SuiteCRM https://suitecrm.com/ that is a fork of SugarCRM and IS supported by they creators SaleAgility https://salesagility.com
