This event encountered an error - Why?

Guys,

I need some help …

I’m new in Mautic and now I learn how this tool works. :wink:

I have created:

Segment 1
Segment 2

Form 1 (which modify contact to segment 1 and send email to contact)
// This form is classical email subscription form
Form 2 (which modify contact to segment 2 and send email to contact)
// This form is classical “get free ebook” form

I also created campains:

Campain 1 (triggered when contact added to segment 1)
Campain 2 (triggered when contact added to segment 2)

Emails in both campains are identica (Except for the first one which comes from form)l!

Now I have one question …

If I subscribe to both forms with my mail and do a test …

  • I will get both first emails added in forms (for Form 1 & 2)

After that both campains triggers but I recives only emails from first subscribed.
For secound subscription I can see error on contact:
This event encountered an error during the last attempt to process

Why is this happening?
Is Mautic so smart and knows that people get the same email and will not send the identical one more time?

Did I don everything okay? Or did I set anything wrong?

Can you click on the icon next to : " This event encountered an error during the last attempt to process"
in your timeline? Maybe there is more explanation.

Oh, yes … sorry for that!

I didn’t know that I can click on that icon. :frowning:

It says: Last execution error: @mymail.com has already received this marketing email.
