Total users in segment is not the same when sending a segment newsletter

My Mautic version is: v2.15.3
My PHP version is: 7.2.34

Your problem
My problem is: If I go to “contact segments” I have 8894 contact in a “newsletter” segment. When I want to send an email to this segment it will only use 7159 contacts.

How can I solve this?

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

  1. mautic:segments:update
  2. Created a new segment email instead of clone

Hi there

Is this a totally new list ? A likely scenario could be if you have unsubscribes/bounces already in that segment.

Thanks for your reply. No it’s not a new list. I will have a look at the unsubscribes/bounces. First I need to check how to do that :wink:

There is two ways to do this.

  1. You can do it through reports. You would create a new report with Data Source “Email Sends” and then add in your segment and bounce+unsubs in the filter field.
  2. You can do this through mysql
