Mautic free cloud doesn't update segments

Hi, i have a segment with all users that have newsletter tag using free cloud hosted of mautic.



I tried to manually set newsletter tag to 20 users but segment doesn’t update number of leads.



I tried to switch off -> immediately switch on segment -> refresh segment page hitting F5 and now segment shows all contacts.
