segments filter don´t works

Hi guys.



Any on could give me a help. Im a beginner on Mautic, and I have a 150 peoples segments, but I want segment this contacts



My mautic version is the 2.2.1 and I create a new segment, an use this filters (tag and country)

This is ok?



When I try execute the comand PHP Mautic_url/app console mautic:segment:update, this run but, theres no activit on the segmet, the contacs don´t was migrated os copied for the aonde segment.

Whats I do wrong? How may I will do for this works?
