I want tot track open emails from our ecommerce site.



The tracking script doesn’t do that. It only tracks lead information



I found out a way.



First I create New Template Email only to get the tracking script







I need a way to find out to get that open email tracking script. (for example a button [see tracking open email code])





We currently use mandrill to send email.

Hmm, so you want Mautic to track emails you don’t send via Mautic but via another system. That’s a task Mautic isn’t prepared for. But I can see you’ve found a way. The button to get the image is a good idea. Could you create an issue as a feature request on GitHub so developers could track it? It can get lost here in forums.
