Hi, I’ve been a user of Sendy for drip campaigns. I’d like to transfer my sendy emails to Mautic. Is there a best way to add email opt outs to Mautic from another system? Sendy will export a list of blocked emails as csv, and it’s MySQL based, so I can probably pull a query if need be.

You can use the CSV importer to import your blocked concats (they will be matched via their email address). During the import, set the Do Not Contact field and they are opted out.
