You can use Mautic with CRMs like Salesforce, Highrise or SugarCRM. Using their BCC feature. All these CRM systems often have a Bcc dropbox to update a lead / contact. So, the integration becomes easy.

In final email list update, email can be added in BCC fielf to directly transfer the lead into CRM.

Great suggestion! :slight_smile: This is certainly a way to integrate other CRM’s that are not directly supported through a specific Mautic plugin.
