Unable to edit leads

Good morning



Since couple of days, I am unable to edit leads. I am using mautic.net (not self hosted).

When I click on the edit button, the loading bar stays loading, but the edit screen does not open.

Can you please check your browser console (shortcut is usually F12) and see if there are any errors when you click the button.

Have you been having trouble with any other buttons?

It’s a server error, which is getting outside my knowledge, but I think it’d either be a configuration issue or something’s gone wrong in an update. I’m guessing you’re unable to check the server logs, seeing as it’s not self hosted? I think this is something you might have to pass on to mautic.net support.
