Cannot edit leads

Dear Team,



Since couple of days, I am unable to edit leads.

When I click on the edit button, the loading bar stays loading, but the edit screen does not open.

There are no errors in the log.

Do you get any errors in the javascript console of your browser?

If there’s some errors on the page you should see them in the console tab

I get error 500, how can I find the reason of this error?

Can you make sure you’re up to date with Mautic 1.0.5?

The issue could be a database issue. Check to make sure any custom fields you are making are not contradicting with other database fields in the database already. Instead of checking Chrome console for the 500 error, check the error logs in Settings - System Info on your Mautic site install itself.
