My PHP version is: PHP Version 7.4.25
My Database type and version is: 10.3.32-MariaDB

My problem is: unable to track IP address of leads

These errors are showing in the log:

I have created a landing page on mautic and I have send 10k emails by adding a contact in segments as everything went good email read click I got the information

my main issue is

  1. contact which have read the email or click the emails I am not able to see the IP address for that contact

  2. and how can I export that read data with IP information

Are you collecting ANY ip info on your Mautic?
Are you sitting behind a firewall?

I haven’t collected any info but I just need the contact IP address when he reads or opens the email
there is no firewall

Can you check the mautic tracking settings?

Try switching off Anonymize IP.

Can u check if in settings - email settings you have the tracking on?

Yes @joeyk all setting are on for tracking

Are you behind proxy?
Is it a shared server?
