"Unknown" leads in CRM integration

Has anyone faced this issue?

We added a points trigger to push leads into our CRM (SuiteCRM) and we keep getting unknowns (they are visiting our website but are not yet known by Mautic).

Have you integrated crm ? cron jobs set up or not ? what mautic version you are using? where it has been installed?

CRM is integrated, we are not using cron jobs on either side.
Latest mautic = v2.12.1
SuiteCRM = Version 7.9.7

We are using points trigger to push lead into integration, points are increased when user visits website.
