I ran a live test campaign and the recipients (leads) of my mails always got an error 500 when they clicked on the unsubscribe link. I am using a custom email theme. I have already checked the forum but have not found the right answer to this problem. I drag the “unsubscribe URL” box into a seperate text field and add the german sentence “Ich möchte keine weiteren Emails erhalten” into the description field. I already checked if the “ö” is a problem, by replacing it but it is not.
