I created an email template with {unsubscribe_url} in the footer.
Also I linked the email unsubscribe to an unsubscribe form with only 1 button named Unsubscribe.
When I click on this link i am redirected to a page with a purple bar.
Does somebody know how to make this work and how to customize the unsubscribe template?

Same problem here, I don’t understand the expected behavior… I setup unsubscribe form in e-mail settings:
And the I drag and drop for putting “unsubscribe url” in the e-mail.
I see a link in the e-mail but it takes me to a blank page with this url: MYDOMAIN/email/unsubscribe/55ddd08dbb8dd
The same happens even if I don’t set any unsubscribe form.

The problem is solved in my case. It depends on how you are sending the e-mail. If you click the unsubscribe link in a test email, it doesn’t show any text because there’s no body to associate with. Thanks @alanhartless for this…
