Unsubscribe not working in self hosted

Hi,



I’ve installed Mautic in my private server, but the unsubscribe link in emails not working, i’ve tested html email by adding {unsubscribe_url} and the builder by draging it to the footer of the tempate both not working. i’ve tried the version hosted in mautic server and it’s working.

Yes I have the same problem. I get this on the end user’s email

Please click a false="" hef="Unsubscribe if you do not wish to receive emails from us

I am also facing the same problem as unsubscribe is not working in my hosted mautic. url is opening but contacts are not adding in the unsubscribe segment.
