I’m on version v2.8.1 and pretty much cannot update to v2.14.2 (via SSH connection). I have followed all instructions written.

I think I have a database schema issue; however, the suggested methods to fix it haven’t worked. My biggest frustration is that any posts to the community for support are answered assuming that the user is an idiot, doesn’t have root access, should change hosting, or haven’t read the documentation mentioned above.
I would love to export all of my data, spin up a new clean version of Mautic, and reimport all of my data – but there isn’t any documentation on how to do that.
Can you assist?
