Update stuck on "Extracting Package"

My Mautic version is: 5.0.0 beta2
My PHP version is: 8.0.30
My Database type and version is: MySQL / MariaDB / Percona 10.6.16

My problem is: The update from 5.0.0beta to 5.0.3 is stuck on “Extracting Package”
then this popup opnes: “Your request could not be processed, please try again”

zip is enabled.

These errors are showing in the log: none in the Mautic Error log

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
under System/Recommendations I get the message that the memory_limit was lower than the suggested minimum. What is the minimum? I set the memory_limit to 256M (this should be enough!?)
