User tracking not working when tracked site is HTTPS but Mautic is not.

Hi there,

We host a Drupal based site on Acquia that has HTTPS, but my Mautic site is hosted with another host and is not. We want to track users of our HTTPS based Drupal site and have used the JS to achieve this. We use the tracking JS as follows:

However, I am not getting any tracking results. Upon further investigation I see an error as follows:

center:1072 Mixed Content: The page at 'https://www.mysite.com.au/center' was loaded over HTTPS, but requested an insecure script 'http://mautic.mysite.com.au/mtc.js'. This request has been blocked; the content must be served over HTTPS.

Do I need to have my Mautic installation encrypted via SSL? Or can I do something to have this work in a mixed non-encrypted/encrypted world?

I have enough knowledge to be dangerous, but do not want to encrypt my Mautic site via SSL if I do not have to.

cheers
Damien
