Uses can't Clone Forms they Own

My Mautic version is: 4.0.2
My PHP version is: 7.4.x
My Database type and version is: mariadb

Your problem
My problem is: I have created several Roles in configure and assigned them to Users. The one Role, OWN has an issue. In the context of Forms, the User can create new Form, but can’t clone and existing Form (which they own) this affect all Users that are assigned to this Role.

These errors are showing in the log: Haven’t looked. Systems shows a 403 Forbidden Error

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: None

Is this a known issue @rcheesley can you replicate the issue. Have you seen this before @raramuridesign or @ekke?

The settings for the Role are:

role - Own - Forms - can't clone own

Hello @raramuridesign, @ekke and @rcheesley, I am still looking for resolution on this issue, can some help me please? I have reviewed all settings again now but, I still can’t find the issue.

Have you seen this before @joeyk?
