Vers 2.1 Self hosted version vs. Cloud version

Hi!



I set up a Mautic project for a client, using the self hosted solution vers. 1.3.1. We optimized it and it runs fine and stable. To upgrade to 2.1 would be a change request by the client.



For a new client I want to use vers 2.1, in the downloaded, self hosted version again. Do I have the complete performance with this? Because when I look at my free account under mautic.net, text messaging f.e. is only possible in the pro version.
