Website contacts no longer being created in Mautic

It’s a bit frustrating, but here is my problem:

  1. I have NEVER been able to update the mautic system where it went smoothly. Everytime it gives me the ‘oops’ page, and I have to go to the command line to troubleshoot. This is just a general complaint… sorry.

  2. I just upgraded Mautic to the latest version, and now my wordpress based website does not create contacts in Mautic… When looking at the source of the page on my website, I do see the mautic script, and the tracking pixel, but contacts are not created in Mautic. There are no errors in the mautic log files… Any suggestions on where to start lookng?
