Mautic is no longer taking new contacts

Good morning!
I report that since yesterday mautic is no longer taking new contacts, either anonymously or with login. Are there any limitations on the size of the database? However, the system continues to see the activities of users it has already created, even anonymous ones. The list in fact updates.
The issue is that it does not create any new ones and even for existing ones it no longer writes anything.

I’ve the same problem.
Also the log of each contact is not updated.

As you can see in the image 1, the “last activity” of the contact is updated, but inside the contact there is no update of the history (image 2).
