Welcome email through campaign (not working)

Hi,



I’m trying to create a basic flow through a campaign.



I have created the “test” form only requesting email and name

I have created an email called “welcome”.



I have set up a campaign that uses the “Campaign form” feature to fetch users from “test”

Then I want to send the “welcome” email to everyone that is doing the first step.



Nothing happens…

I have tried with the Mautic hosted version and the self-hosted version (cron jobs done)



Any help with this please? I’m getting crazy.



If it helps I have a Hubspot CRM integration as well that works and sends the info about the leads from this forms to Hubspot but this is not working… Any help pleasE?sWD5THp.png

Hi,

This is probably a bug in Mautic, someone has reported it here:
https://github.com/mautic/mautic/issues/1624

Hopefully there will be a fix soon.
