WhatsApp doesn’t provide any API. Integration of a marketing automation tool with Mautic would probably get killed by WhatsApp, as it does violate their TOS.

Having said that, there are a some providers with their own custom build APIs to WhatsApp. However…

Before even thinking of new integration, they must resolve all the old bugs first. Good to have new features but most importantly it have to work.
