A/B Test Not Working As Expected

Hi,



I did the following:



1 - Create 5 test leads

2 - Create a test list and added the test leads

3 - Created an email (variant 1) and published it

4 - Added an A/B test to the email (50% traffic weight)

5 - Modified the A/B test email (variant 2) and published it

6 - Created a simple campaign and published it:

…- Basis is lead list from step 2

…- Send email action with variant 1 from step 3 (only this variant is shown in the dropdown)



When the emails are sent, I only receive 4 emails with variant 1 - I expected to receive 5 emails, 3 with variant 1 and 2 with variant 2.



Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Hi Same issue here…
5000 leads, 1 Parent mail and 4 A/B mails with 50% weight and A/B test winner criteria based on Clickthrough rate

But only the parent mail has been send. No A/B mails…

Any idea?

Sorry, but I have to push this. Currently, I have no way to implement A/B test.

Any suggestions?
