Hi,
I am using Amazon SES + Mautic on a shared hosting service. I have an auto-responder set to send an email to a contact right after they provide their name and email. The problem I am having is that the email can take up to 15 mins before the contact receives it.
Is there any way to fix this so the contact receives the email immediately after they sign up?
Other information: The shared hosting has a minimum time on cron jobs of 15 mins.

Is you hosting provider set the rule that the minimum time on cron jobs is 15 minutes you can use this script
and run the cron job externally
