Anyone manage to install mautic-bitly-bundle?

My PHP version is: 8.1.29
My Database type and version is:10.11.7-MariaDB-2ubuntu2

Your problem
My problem is: cant install the bundle from marketplace mautic-bitly-bundle
runnning bin/console mautic:marketplace:install webmecanik/mautic-bitly-bundle
getting :

Error while installing this plugin.

Check the logs for more details or run again with the -vvv parameter.

These errors are showing in the log:
mautic.WARNING: Command mautic:marketplace:install exited with status code 1 {“hostname”:“ip-xxxx”,“pid”:3332}
Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
