I have installed mautic in my webhost

The crons job are set perfectly
The test email is working only problem is the autroresponder is not working the emails are pending could you please help me

The way you have set up your emails is as a Segment email.
Segment emails are “one off” emails that only send once you add a Contact Segment to them and hit “Send”
If you are trying to automate email sends such as with an Autoresponder, the email type you want is Template email - which can be included as part of a campaign inside the Campaign Builder.

You can get the emails sent out to your pending contacts by clicking on the email name and clicking “Send” in the top right hand corner.
