My idea is:
I think there should be an option to reset contact points to 0 instead of increasing/decreasing.
I think these groups of people would benefit from this idea:
People who use the points feature with Point Actions.
Why I think they would benefit from this idea:
For example when using Actions and using “Is repeatable” it’s possible that a user collects more than 1 or 2 points. I’m using points to measure how interested my users are in specific topics. After they complete certain actions I’d like to reset their points to 0 to show that they don’t need more mails about the topic.
