Campaign email not tracked

Hello,



Segment (standalone) emails I sent (on test run) were tracked correctly. I verified it in “Reports”, “All emails”. But not campaign emails. Although the campaign email was opened and reply was sent, the contact’s profile shows that the email was not opened. The email report also show 0 read for this email.
