Campaign "paused" for new contact

Hi

(Using Mautic hosted free)

I’ve set up a simple test campaign. which sends an email, sms and tweet after the contact submits the form on a Mautic landing page.



Nothing was happening, apart from the form submission being recorded on the contact record.

If I click the arrow top right of the contact record and select campaigns, it shows that the contact is in the campaign - but the slider is red.

If I click it, it turns green and all the campaign actions trigger.



What am I missing?

Is the campaign marked as published in campaign list or detail view?

Yes, it shows as published in both list and detail views.
