Campaign Triggers Aren't working - Help :(

Okay, I’m going to be as specific as I can… by using PICTURES! So, I’ve setup a campaign in Mautic and have been trying to test it out and it’s not working. The campaign is simple - someone opts-in to a form, they are then added to a specific list, and then sent an email (both actions happen immediately when triggered).



Yet, when I opt-in the form registers the opt-in, the campaign registers the opt-in, and the triggers simply don’t work - the opt-in is not added to the list specified nor sent the email.



Here’s what I’m looking at:

As you can see here, I have marked opt-ins to be added to “autobody_optin_list” when triggered

Everything is published and from my standpoint it looks like I’ve done everything right so why, when I opt-in, is this triggering process not taking place?
