I need to blacklist several E-Mail domains in my Mautic instance. Does anyone know, if that is possible, and how it can be done? I did not find a blacklist functionality.

Hi, there are no uptodate plugins that achieve this function as far as I know.
As a workaround you can exclude domains from your segments by using filters.

That is a workaround I can live with. One additional question: should the text field for entering the domain just be filled with the domain name, e.g. gmail.com? Or should I use % before?

Hi @geussn , if you use ‘like’ then no % is needed.
You can also use ‘equals’, which is lot better, it takes less MYSQL resources.
