I can connect Mautic to SuiteCRM.

I understand that is one way sharing of leads.

I was wondering if I could create Mautic campaigns from within SuiteCRM?

So far there is not a complete integration, right now you only can “Push” data to SuiteCRM
Sample:
Mautic --> SuiteCRM

We hope in a next version have a two way communication

Mautic <----> SuiteCRM

That would be very great! if Mautic also work in that way with SuiteCRM I think this is a good combination of marketing automation and CRM of two great products https://suitecrm.com

@ninjoan : I thought I have seen a video where, during set-up, you define the leading system. In other words it’s either Mautic->Suite or Suite->Mautic. Am I false with that ?

This is truly fantastic because now we have a sales/marketing stack which consist of two great OSS solutions!

I enabled the plugin and configured it accordingly. The following works:

  • I create a Mautic contact and I can push it to SuiteCRM via campaign action
  • When the contact is updated in SuiteCRM the information is synced back to Mautic

I did not manage the following: A contact is created in SuiteCRM and then automatically transferred to Mautic. I understood that this should work, too?
