Can't find API Credentials Menu

I am using Mautic 2.14.

I can’t find the menu item “API Credentials” on the settings menu.
I have activated the API under Settings -> API Settings -> API Enabled? -> YES

… but I can’t see the API Credentials.

Any idea?

Clearing the cache manually helped to see the menu again.

rm -rf app/cache/*
php app/console cache:warmup
